Statement of Mission
As single adults who are believers in the grace of God through Jesus Christ, we of Valley Church, declare this a statement of our mission:
We are a group who by accepting and affirming each other promote and enhance friendship and encourage all within our midst to become a family of faith.
We are individuals who through our love of God and His children seek to be a community of support by sharing, caring and giving of ourselves. We are a people who also need to receive and therefore share mutual concern for each other’s welfare.
We are committed to the personal growth of individuals through spiritual enrichment, recreation and activities, designed to encourage new personal experience, knowledge and understanding.
In an atmosphere of spiritual nurture, we celebrate our lives together and are inspired by God’s gift of faith, hope and love in Jesus Christ.
Therefore, being grateful to God for his goodness, we can join together in joyful celebration and thanksgiving to Him.
