Plyometric/Core Conditioning

Class Description:

The Plyometrics and Core class is an advanced workout for any athlete looking to increase their power and performance. This class will improve overall muscular strength and endurance. The program is designed to produce fast, powerful movements and increase effectiveness of "core" muscles that help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight and move in any direction.

Intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiasts may participate in this exhilarating and sweaty experience.

Class Schedule:

Monday at 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursday at 9:15-10:15 a.m.

Class Location: Landes Center

Individuals who purchase classes at Valley Presbyterian Church can also attend any of the classes at Embodyment Wellness & Fitness Center, which offer a variety of classes each week and several wellness modalities. Embodyment is located at 5060 N 19th Ave Suite 111 Phoenix, AZ 85015.

To register simply arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of all classes.
