Tai Chi
Class Description:
Tai chi stems from 5,000 years of wisdom originating in China. Tai chi combines concentration, martial arts, and yoga practices. In tai chi, one learns how to relax and stretch at the same time. The inter-relationship of the body and thoughts are harmonized, improving flexibility, strength, co-ordination, and peace of mind. Participating in tai chi classes enables one to control their mind and body, promoting lasting health benefits that regulate blood pressure, improve stamina, and boost the immune system.
