WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International rhythms that create easy to follow dance fitness movements. It’s fun, different, and effective. It’s exercise in disguise!
Join me and dance the Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Flamenco, to name a few and burn 800 to 1,000 calories away. Dance background not required. The most important thing is to move about and sweat.
